Any good ideas for ways to make some extra cash?

I have a full time job during the day and 2 small children that I have to care for when I get home. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for things I can do at home or from home to make some extra cash to help pay my bills. I saw some people asked similar questions, but I was hoping for some fresh new ideas. Thanks.
