How and where can I cash in a refund check?

I'm 15 years old and live in Philadelphia, PA. I don't have a government issued I.D. nor a bank account anywhere.





After returning sneakers to City Sports which I bought with cash, they gave me $50 and sent the remainder of money to me with a refund check. I have no clue where and how I could cash it in.

How and where can I cash in a refund check?
Use it to open your first bank savings account.
Reply:Don't your parents have a bank account? Just write your name on the back of the check and give it to one of them. They can give you $50 cash for it and then they'll deposit the check into their bank account and you'll be even.
