Where to find experienced people willing to work for equity instead of cash?

Any ideas on how/where to find experienced people that are willing to work for equity instead of cash. For example, senior people that might be retired and want some business challenges to keep them busy.

It has always been my experience that people who dont want to pay are not worth working for.Senior citizens that want a challenge can get plenty of those by volunteering for the Red Cross or any one of a thousand charity orgs.That's where you can find most of them right now.

Reply:This opportunity sound pretty unique. I would look for people who are interested in investing in your company and then find a qualified person to work for equity. Advertise it as "Looking for an investment opportunity that requires no out of pocket expenses."
