I got a check from CitiBank but i don't have a bank account. How can i cash it in? And what ID's do i need?

Not only can you cash it at check cashing establishment (beware of high fees) but you can go to a CitiBank branch in your area. You will need a government issued Identification such as a State ID or a valid drivers license. The bank also may charge a fee to cash the check because you do not have an account with them.
