How can I cash out from my credit card? Can I just go to an ATM and cash out?

I have never used my credit card for cash. But the bank says I can cash out certain amout. I just want to know how.

How can I cash out from my credit card? Can I just go to an ATM and cash out?
Yes, you can cash out from your credit card through any ATM member bank. Just simply insert your card, presss and follow instruction related to withdrawing cash and you can get cash right away..

But take note that withdrawing cash from your credit card has higher interest compared to any other transaction or purchases.

So, withdraw cash strictly for emergency purposes only to refrain from paying so high interest.
Reply:Don't do it....you pay a huge amount of interest on that. Look at your credit card...you will see the small print on that. Plus, most credit cards only let you have a limit and if you go over that limit you pay fees.
Reply:Yes, if the ATM accepts your type of card (i.e cirrus), and you have a PIN#
Reply:um you shouldnt, dont use money that you dont have you little jerk
Reply:You will probably have to pay a high rate of interest for the cashing. You can do it in the emergency situation as long as you remember to cash back immediately when you can. I did it in Europe when I needed cash for some shops that didn't accept credit card.
Reply:When you got your credit card it came with a pin. They usually mail it after you get your card. You just go to the ATM and use your pin to take out the $$$$.
Reply:You have to know your PIN, which is asked when you insert the credit card in for cash. Simply put: you don't know it--tuff nubbies: you get NO cash.

Call your credit card service for a PIN. And DO be careful: people behind or nearby you CAN, with great skill, see and remember your PIN: a way they use to snag YOUR cash.
Reply:Yes most atm's will allow a cash withdraw on a cc.

I believe they ask for you cash pin if you have made one with the acc.
Reply:you should be able to withdraw money just like a debit card, but you will need a pin number
Reply:U can do that but tthe bank will charge you an extra 5% (not sure how much your bank will charge u, it depends on which country u r from, please refer your credit card agreement)
