How can I promote my art work without spending any cash?
Hey, I'm not an artist but I can help you promote your site on Yahoo! Answers if that helps. Add the http:// to your website name in the questoin and then people will be able to click on your site too (plus the link to your site can help your search engine rankings :-) )
And if you want to know the basics of promoting your website you could do a lot worse than reading all of the articles you'll find at http://www.howipromotemywebsite.com (notice, the link is clickable ;-) )

Reply:Ask local shops/pubs/galleries if they would display some of your work. Maybe even do a bit of trade, i.e. illustrate something for the pub in trade for displaying your work.
PS: I just looked at your stuff, its good! I really like the "Rime of the Ancient Mariner" for some reason he makes me think of John Cleese. And the Robot you accidentally got paid for. ;) Good Luck!
