I am getting chaptered out of the Army and want to cash in my leave days. Does anyone know exactly how to do that or where I can find more information on the subject. I want to know what the regulation says because I know i've heard a couple of things about it but not too sure who to believe.
How much money do you get for each Leave day that you cash in?
You have to read your contract of employment for that. It should be spelt out there. It would also depend on your last drawn salary. Not everyone belongs to the same salary scheme or plan.
